Challenges.

Lemoge Clinics needed to unify seven distinct locations with individual identities into a cohesive brand without losing their unique character or local clientele. Our strategy created a cohesive brand umbrella while allowing localized positioning to address the aesthetic preferences of each area’s clientele. Sophisticated audience segmentation tailored messaging for diverse customer profiles across central, west, and northwest London.


The digital marketing approach balanced group-wide brand promotion with location-specific campaigns, strengthening each clinic’s neighborhood connection. Our content strategy showcased clinical expertise and treatment innovation network-wide while highlighting unique specialties and practitioner expertise at individual locations.

Wireframe.

We developed a multi-tier information architecture balancing network-wide coherence with location-specific content, ensuring intuitive navigation for new and returning visitors.


Wireframes incorporated location-based functionality, automatically highlighting the nearest clinic while providing access to all locations. Specialized booking journey wireframes streamlined the selection of location, practitioner, treatment, and time slot, reducing friction.


User journey mapping identified key decision points for treatment research and booking, strategically placing reassurance content and qualification questions to boost conversions. Interactive prototypes were tested with all seven clinic teams, incorporating location-specific feedback to refine global and local user experiences.

Design.

We crafted a premium visual identity system that elevated the Lemoge Clinics brand, using secondary color palettes and imagery to differentiate locations subtly.

The design balanced clinical credibility with aesthetic appeal, using sophisticated photography and typography to convey medical expertise and beauty-enhancing outcomes. Custom interface components, including interactive before/after comparisons and treatment explanations, educated potential clients.

The responsive design maintained trust signals and booking functionality across devices, prioritizing mobile research behavior. Location-specific elements, such as neighborhood imagery and practitioner portraits, fostered a personal connection for each clinic.

We developed a complex multi-site architecture ensuring a seamless user experience while supporting seven subsites with unique content management needs.


Sophisticated booking system integration unified each clinic’s appointment software into a cohesive frontend experience, enabling cross-clinic availability checks and bookings. A custom content management solution balanced efficiency and scalability, allowing centralized brand control and location-specific updates by clinic managers.


Location-aware functionality personalized content by detecting user location, prioritizing the nearest clinic while maintaining network access. Performance optimizations, including conditional loading and local caching, ensured fast page rendering despite complex data requirements.
