We prioritised mobile design and fast loading to reduce bounce rates and improve conversions, especially for people searching for gyms on phones.

UBX Ealing had no standalone website at launch. We created a new, independently managed microsite built for the Ealing location while maintaining consistency with the main UBX brand. UBX Greenford Quay engaged us to launch their initial digital advertising campaign, moving from zero online presence to becoming a leading gym in West London through targeted paid search advertising.
From April to August, we generated 150+ trial bookings through Google Search at just £15 per booking. Using a total advertising budget of £2,340+, we achieved 2,300 targeted clicks, establishing Google Ads as an effective growth channel.
Our location-focused Google Search campaigns targeted high-intent keywords including “boxing gym” and “fitness classes Greenford”. We used only phrase and exact match keywords, avoiding broad match to ensure conversions came from genuinely interested prospects.
